The founder deal
Founding is free and instant, but exclusive rights are earned. You have 100 days to reach 100 signups, with at least 3 cooks and 1 real sale. Miss a checkpoint and your exclusive claim lapses — the community stays live and keeps working, but we may open it up or hand stewardship to someone actively building it. This keeps founders committed and stops anyone from grabbing a name and disappearing.
